Hello, We have been experiencing a recurring issue with Outlook 2016 that is pretty wierd, and I was hoping that maybe someone here has seen it before or otherwise could point me in the right direction for a solution. Basically, from time to time, when one of our users opens up Outlook 2016, an autodiscover dialog box will pop up saying: 'Allow this website to configure @buildingexcellentschools.org server settings?; This error message can simply be clicked out of, but it continues to reappear intermittently. The particularly strange thing about it is that each time, the e-mail address listed, is for a different person in the company, and never the e-mail address of the person whose computer is getting the pop-up. Yes, this is expected (and safe and normal), behaviour where you are using a 3rd party hosted provider that uses either a HTTP Redirect or an SRV record to allow thousands of different domains to connect to their systems using 1 SSL cert. Your can either click Yes and Remember which should suppress this going forward or you can whitelist their Autodiscover address via the registry which will auto accept it so no one gets that prompt (this is what is set by default of O365). This is for older versions of Office but if you update the version number for 2016 it should still be valid.

I have a couple of ideas, but several of them are probably impractical on your production network. It seems your issues boil down to dns resolution and firewall impassibility.(perhaps combined) 1) turn off all firewall rules and see if that helps.(most likely impractical) 2) put one of your WAP's in the router's DMZ. ( i do this all the time, and have wifi users VPN inside) 3) install connectbot and busybox to the android devices, as it will give you more usable info, (the ifconfig actually works like a linux ifconfig should be expected,among other busybox-packed programs) the partial DNS resolution bugs me. It should resolve everything, or nothing, if the issue is on the client.(the android phones). FYI i have a samsung Vibrant and i know someone who has a Captivate. When you open your Calendar in Microsoft Outlook 2016 for Mac, the Open Shared Calendar button on the ribbon is unavailable. Additionally, when you point to Open on the File menu, the Calendar option is unavailable.
